Natural Resources, Department of
Environment,             Department of

Transportation and the Department of
Agriculture budgets to pay for services
provided by this program. Authorization is
hereby granted to use these receipts as
special funds for operating expenses in this
program.

within the Comptroller of the Treasury relating
to the State of Maryland (SMART) System
and the Income Tax Imaging project, may only

for any other purpose. Funds not used shall
revert to the general fund.
