Ch. 632 1993 LAWS OF MARYLAND (1) State] STATE the statute and section of the statute the alleged violation (2) IF THE DEMAND REQUESTS PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTARY [(2)] (I) Describe the class of documentary material to be produced under [(3)] (II) Prescribe a return date of not less than [three] 3 days after the [(4)] (III) Identify the member of the office of the Attorney General to whom (3) IF THE DEMAND REQUESTS ANSWERS TO WRITTEN (I) PROPOUND THE WRITTEN INTERROGATORIES TO BE ANSWERED; (II) PRESCRIBE A RETURN DATE OF NOT LESS THAN 3 DAYS AFTER (III) IDENTIFY THE MEMBER OF THE OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY (4) IF THE DEMAND REQUESTS ORAL TESTIMONY, THE DEMAND SHALL: (I) PRESCRIBE A DATE, TIME, AND PLACE AT WHICH ORAL (II) IDENTIFY THE MEMBER OF THE OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY (III) IDENTIFY THE MEMBER OF THE OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY (c) The demand of the Attorney General may not: (1) Contain any requirement which would be unreasonable or improper if (2) Require the disclosure of any documentary material, ANSWERS TO (d) Service of the demand of the Attorney General shall be made by: (1) Delivering an executed copy of the demand to the person to be served; - 3090 - Ch. 632 1993 LAWS OF MARYLAND
