AN ACT concerning

State Personnel - Incentive Awards - Source of Funds

FOR the purpose of clarifying that awards and expenses under the Incentive Awards
Program may be paid from increased revenue or monetary savings attributable to
the underlying basis of the award; providing authority for the Governor's Award Panel
to grant noncash awards; providing for the continuation of a certain Act; and providing
for a contingent codification.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
