22.01.00.03 Circuit Courts

General Fund Appropriation, provided that
no funds appropriated herein may be used
to establish a Family Court system or Family
Court Division within the Circuit Court
System. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the
Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals may
establish an experimental pilot program,
provided that no funds are appropriated for
a family court system. However, this does
not prohibit the Chief Judge of the Court of
Appeals from implementing a feasibility
study relating to a family court....................

Federal Fund Appropriation............................

The Judiciary shall submit the FY 1995 budget
for the Clerks of the Circuit Court as a
separate line item appropriation that
excludes the Circuit Court Judges. Each of
the 24 Clerks of the Circuit Court shall be
budgeted as a separate sub-program.
