Ch. 561 1993 LAWS OF MARYLAND (2) THE COMMISSION MAY NOT: (I) INTERFERE WITH, COERCE, OR RESTRAIN AN EMPLOYEE IN (II) DOMINATE, INTERFERE WITH, OR ASSIST IN THE FORMATION, (III) ENCOURAGE OR DISCOURAGE MEMBERSHIP IN ANY EMPLOYMENT; (IV) DISCHARGE OR DISCRIMINATE AGAINST AN EMPLOYEE (V) REFUSE TO BARGAIN IN GOOD FAITH WITH AN EMPLOYEE (3) PARAGRAPH (2)(II) OF THIS SUBSECTION DOES.
