Ch. 556 1993 LAWS OF MARYLAND (g) The members of the Advisory Committee serve without compensation. (h) It is the responsibility of the Advisory Committee to: (1) Review issues relating to programs and services for children, youth, and (2) Identify and recommend priorities among those programs and services, (3) Monitor the activities of the Office and periodically report its findings (4) Adopt bylaws to carry out the provisions of this section.] (A) THERE IS A SUBCABINET FOR CHILDREN. YOUTH, AND FAMILIES. (B) THE SUBCABINET FOR CHILDREN, YOUTH, AND FAMILIES CONSISTS OF: (3) THE SECRETARY OF HUMAN RESOURCES;
(6) THE SECRETARY OF BUDGET AND FISCAL PLANNING; AND (7) THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES. (C) THE SPECIAL SECRETARY SHALL SERVE AS CHAIRPERSON OF THE (D) THE OFFICE FOR CHILDREN, YOUTH, AND FAMILIES SHALL PROVIDE THE (E) THE SPECIAL SECRETARY MAY CALL UPON ANY OF THE SUBCABINET (F) THE SPECIAL SECRETARY MAY ESTABLISH SUBCOMMITTEES TO CARRY OUT (G) THE SUBCABINET SHALL MEET AT LEAST FOUR TIMES A YEAR.
