SECTION [3] 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1989.

DRAFTER'S NOTE:

This repeals an uncodified provision that is codified as § 17-217 of the Health -
General Article by Section 1 of this Act.

Chapter 513 of the Acts of 1991, as amended by Chapter 403 of the Acts of 1992

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1991. It shall remain effective for a period of 3 years AND 3 MONTHS and, at the
end of September 30, 1995 with no further action required by the General Assembly, this
Act shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect.

DRAFTER'S NOTE:

This corrects a discrepancy in a termination provision.

Chapter 37 of the Acts of 1992

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is an emergency
measure, is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health and safety, is
necessary in order to comply with 21 Code of Federal [Relations] REGULATIONS Part
205 of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetics Guidelines Act for State Licensing of
Wholesale Prescription Drug Distributors of 1990, has been passed by a yea and nay vote
supported by three-fifths of all the members elected to each of the two Houses of the
General Assembly, and shall take effect from the date it is enacted.

DRAFTER'S NOTE:

This corrects incorrect word usage in § 2 of Chapter 37 of the Acts of 1992.

Chapter 59 of the Acts of 1992

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is an emergency
measure, is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health and safety, has
been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the members elected to
each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, and shall take effect from the date it is
enacted. It shall remain effective until October 1, 1994 and, at the end of September 30,
1994, with no further action required by the General Assembly, this Act shall be
abrogated and OF no further force and effect.

DRAFTER'S NOTE:

This inserts an omitted word in § 2 of Chapter 59 of the Acts of 1992.
