WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, Governor Ch. 547 (v) knowingly employs or knowingly continues to employ, after being (vi) willfully fails to provide or willfully misrepresents any information (vii) violates this title; or (viii) violates a regulation adopted under this title. 12-301.
