(D) ANY LEGAL DISPUTES ARISING FROM AN AUTHORIZATION ISSUED
UNDER THIS SECTION SHALL BE ADJUDICATED UNDER THE APPLICABLE STATE OR
INTERNATIONAL MARITIME LAW.
(E) (1) A VIOLATION OF ANY PROVISION OF THIS SECTION OR OF ANY
OTHER APPLICABLE GAMING LAW OF THE STATE:
(I) (1) SHALL BE INVESTIGATED JOINTLY BY THE
ADMINISTRATION AND THE STATE POLICE; AND
(II) (2) IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER PENALTIES PROVIDED BY
LAW, MAY RESULT IN THE WITHDRAWAL OF AN AUTHORIZATION ISSUED UNDER
THIS SECTION AFTER THE AFFECTED PARTY HAS BEEN GRANTED AN OPPORTUNITY
FOR A HEARING.
(F) THE ADMINISTRATION MAY ADOPT REGULATIONS AS NECESSARY TO
CARRY OUT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1993.

AN ACT concerning
Maryland Egg Law
FOR the purpose of exempting certain persons and facilities from certain requirements
and fees under the Maryland Egg Law; altering certain fees; requiring shell eggs for
sale to meet certain standards; requiring certain information on a certain invoice;
requiring certain packers and distributors to keep certain records on shell eggs for
a certain period, to make certain reports, and to pay a certain fee based on a certain
ratio; providing a certain penalty; defining certain terms; describing a certain fund;
providing for certain effective dates; and generally relating to the regulation of shell
eggs.
