(P) IN KENT COUNTY, THE PROVISIONS OF SUBSECTION (A) APPLY.
(Q) IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY, THE PROVISIONS OF SUBSECTION (A) APPLY.
[(n)](R) In Prince George's County, the Clerk of the Court not issuing licenses,
collecting fees, nor earning a fee of [$1.00] $1 per license issued, the Treasurer of Prince
George's County shall collect fees for the [Board of County Commissioners which
Board] COUNTY EXECUTIVE AND COUNTY COUNCIL shall use [such] A portion of
[such] THE receipts [as may be necessary] to pay the salaries and expenses of the Board
of License Commissioners [for said County].
[(o)](S) In Queen Anne's County the Clerk shall account for and pay to the
County Commissioners within five days following payment, all license fees received by
him, less the Clerk's commission for each license.
[(p)](T) In St. Mary's County the County Treasurer shall collect the alcoholic
beverages license fees and shall pay to the Commissioners of Leonardtown, for general
corporate purposes, the [moneys] FUNDS received from licenses issued to premises
within the limits of [said] town.
(U) IN SOMERSET COUNTY, THE PROVISIONS OF SUBSECTION (A) APPLY.
[(q)](V) In Talbot County the salaries of the Board of License Commissioners
and the necessary office, clerical, and investigational expenses of the Board shall be paid
by the County Council out of receipts from licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages.
However, the Board may expend in its discretion not more than $3,500 in any year for
salaries and expenses.
[(r)] (W) In Washington County the Clerk shall retain the Clerk's commission and
pay the remaining license-fees collected [by him] to the Board of License Commissioners
for [said] THE County, who shall deduct [therefrom such sums as may be] FUNDS
necessary to pay [the] ITS salaries [of the Board] and. [such additional sum as the
Board may deem necessary to pay] its [employees] EMPLOYEES' SALARIES, and such
other expenses as the Board may deem necessary. [, and] THE BOARD shall pay over the
net proceeds of [such] THE license fees ratably to the incorporated town in which the
place of business is located or to the County Commissioners for the use of the County, if
the place of business is not located in an incorporated town. .
[(s)] (X) In Wicomico County the County Council shall pay the salaries and
expenses of the Board of License Commissioners.
[(t)] (Y) In Worcester County the Board of County Commissioners shall pay the
salaries and expenses of the Board of License Commissioners.
