other open spaces; (iii) the erection of temporary stands and structures; (iv) the density
and distribution of population; (v) the location and uses of buildings and structures and
units therein for trade, industry, residence, recreation, agriculture, public activities, and
other purposes; and (vi) the uses of land, including surface, subsurface, and air rights
therein, for building, trade, industry, residence, recreation, agriculture, forestry, or other
purposes.

IN THE EVENT OF THE SALE OF THE ENTIRE PARCEL OF PROPERTY OR A
PORTION OF THE PARCEL OF PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE BELTSVILLE AGRICULTURE
RESEARCH CENTER BY THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE,
IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE TRANSFER OF THE LAND FROM THE UNITED STATES
DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE TO THE BUYER OF THE LAND, THE COUNTY
COUNCIL FOR PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, SITTING AS A DISTRICT COUNCIL, SHALL
PLACE AND PERMANENTLY MAINTAIN THE LAND IN A ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF
AGRICULTURAL OPEN SPACE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1993.

AN ACT concerning

State Personnel - Health Insurance Program - Spouse and Dependents of Certain

Retirees

FOR the purpose of making the State subsidy for the spouse and dependent children of
certain retirees available to an individual, and the surviving spouse and dependent
children of an individual, who retired under an optional retirement program after
25 years of State service.
