(2)     RECORD THE DISPENSING OF THE PRESCRIPTION DRUG ON THE
PATIENT'S CHART;

(3)     ALLOW THE DIVISION OF DRUG CONTROL TO ENTER AND INSPECT
THE NURSE PRACTITIONER'S OFFICE AT ALL REASONABLE HOURS; AND

(4) EXCEPT FOR STARTER DOSAGES OR SAMPLES DISPENSED WITHOUT
CHARGE, PROVIDE THE PATIENT WITH A WRITTEN PRESCRIPTION, MAINTAIN
PRESCRIPTION FILES, AND MAINTAIN A SEPARATE FILE FOR SCHEDULE II
PRESCRIPTIONS FOR A PERIOD OF AT LEAST 5 YEARS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1993.

AN ACT concerning

Frederick County Board of Education - Qualifications

FOR the purpose of prohibiting the appointment of an individual to the Frederick
County Board of Education if the individual's spouse is employed by the Board as
an administrator or teacher; prohibiting the Board from hiring an individual as an
administrator or teacher while the individual's spouse serves on the Board; and
providing that this Act does not affect the current term of a member serving on the
effective date of this Act.
