1993 LAWS OF MARYLAND

(d) A striped bass stamp shall be attached to the holder's Chesapeake Bay sport
fishing license or consolidated senior sport fishing license. The striped bass stamp shall
expire at the same time as the license to which it is attached.

(e) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a) of this section, a person who
employs a fishing guide licensed under § 4-210 of this title may not be required to obtain
a striped bass stamp in order to possess striped bass taken while employing the fishing
guide during a striped bass season. A fishing guide shall obtain nonreusable striped bass
tags from the Department IF REQUIRED, and shall reimburse the Department for the
cost of the tags.                                                                                               

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1993.

AN ACT concerning

Dorchester County Sanitary Commission - Extension of Project or Services -

Noncontiguous Areas

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Dorchester County Sanitary Commission to extend a
project or provide certain services to certain properties located outside a service
area and in certain noncontiguous areas; authorizing the Sanitary Commission to
require agreement to certain terms and conditions; specifying the application of
certain other provisions of law to certain property and to certain persons; and
generally relating to the extension of projects or certain services by the Dorchester
County Sanitary Commission to certain noncontiguous properties.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
