(1)] THERE IS A YACHT OR GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB LICENSE. [Any
bona fide yacht club or golf and country club operating in the county, having] THE
LICENSEE SHALL:

(I)      HAVE a bona fide membership of not less than [thirty (30)] 30
persons; [and charging]

(II)     CHARGES dues of not less than [twenty dollars ($20.00) per
annum] $20 ANNUALLY for each adult member; and [owning and operating]

(III)   OWNS AND OPERATES a clubhouse on premises principally used
for no other purpose and not directly or indirectly owned or operated as a public
business;

[(2)] (4) THERE IS A FRATERNAL OR SORORAL LICENSE. [Any] THE
LICENSEE SHALL:

(I)      BE A lodge or chapter of a bona fide nonprofit and nationwide
fraternal or sororal organization composed of members duly elected and initiated in
accordance with the rites and customs of such fraternal or sororal organization; [,]

(II)     HAVE BEEN in existence and operating in the county for a period
of not less than [five] 5 years prior to the time of making application for [this] THE
license;[, having]

(III)   HAVE a bona fide membership of not less than 25 persons;[,
charging]

(IV)   CHARGE dues of not less than [fifteen dollars ($15.00)] $15
annually for each member; [, owning or operating] AND

(V)     OWN OR OPERATE a home or clubhouse principally for the use of
its members and their guests when accompanied by such members, and not directly or
indirectly owned or operated as a public business.

[(3)] (5) THERE IS A VETERANS LICENSE. THE LICENSEE SHALL: [Any]

(I)      BE A local unit of a nationwide bona fide nonprofit organization or
club composed solely of members who served in the armed forces of the United States in
any war in which the United States has engaged;[, having held]

(II)     HELD a charter from a national veterans' organization for a period
of not less than [five (5)] 5 years prior to the time of application for licensing; [, having]

(III)   HAVE a bona fide membership of not less than [thirty-five (35)]
35 persons;[, charging]

(IV)    CHARGE dues of not less than [four dollars ($4.00)] $4 annually
for each member;[, and owning or operating]

(V)     OWN OR OPERATE a home or clubhouse which the organization or
club operates solely for the use of its members and their guests when accompanied by
such members and not directly or indirectly owned or operated as a public business.
