SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of Maryland
read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

(g) (1) A Class 6 pub-brewery license shall be issued:
(iii) Only in the following jurisdictions:
1. Anne Arundel County;
2. Anne Arundel County - City of Annapolis;

3.       Baltimore City;

4.        FREDERICK COUNTY;
[4.] 5. Harford County;

[5.] 6. Montgomery County - City of Gaithersburg; [and]
7. WASHINGTON COUNTY; AND

[6.] 8. Worcester County.

(f) (1) This subsection applies only [in the municipal corporations of North
Beach and Chesapeake Beach] in Calvert County.

(m) [(2) (i) The annual license fee is $1,500.

(ii) In addition to the annual fee, the issuing fee for a new license is
$1,500.]

(o) (4) (ii) The annual license fee is [$750] $700.

(a) (1) In this section "issuing authority" means, as appropriate, the:

(i) Comptroller with [espect] RESPECT to licenses or permits issued
by the Comptroller's Office;

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section(s) 20(m)(3) of
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages of the Annotated Code of Maryland (as enacted by

Chapter______ (H.B. 575) of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1993) be renumbered

to be Section(s) 20(m)(2).
