SALES on Sunday under [such] THE license shall be made only to the bona fide members
of [such] THE golf and country club and to guests of [such] THOSE members for
consumption on the premises and the grounds of [such] THE club used in connection
[therewith] WITH THE CLUB.

(6)      (I) [A] THERE IS A special Class C (country club) license.

(II)     THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE IS $1,000. [for an annual fee for such
license of $1,000 to be paid to said clerk before issuance thereof after approval of
issuance of such license by said Board, may also be issued in Prince George's County]

(III)   THE LICENSE MAY BE ISSUED to a country club meeting the
[aforementioned] requirements SPECIFIED IN PARAGRAPH (5) OF THIS SUBSECTION
other than the requirements for a regular or championship golf course of 9 holes or
more. [; but which country club instead shall be required to] INSTEAD, THE CLUB SHALL
have, in addition to the other requirements, not less than 15 acres of ground for [said]
THE licensed premises and used in connection therewith. [; however, licensed clubs in this
category of a special Class C (country club) license shall be] LICENSEES ARE subject to
restrictions appearing in § 103 of this article as to sale of alcoholic beverages on Sunday.
[and further said country clubs shall not be permitted to sell alcoholic]

(IV)   ALCOHOLIC beverages [for consumption] MAY NOT BE
CONSUMED off their premises or ON the grounds of [such] THE club [used in
connection therewith].

(7)      (I) THERE IS A [(ii) 1. A] special Class C (concession) beer, wine and
liquor license.

[5.] (II) The annual license fee [for this special license] is
$1,500[; the] THE fee shall be paid prior to its issuance, regardless of any terms or
conditions in any contractual agreement between the concessionaire and Prince George's
County.

(III) THE LICENSE MAY BE ISSUED [may be issued, upon approval by
the Board of License Commissioners of Prince George's County,] to any person
operating a concession subject to contractual agreement with Prince George's County on
the premises of any golf and country club or country club owned by Prince George's
County.

[2.] (IV) The concessionaire holding this license may keep for
sale and sell at retail any alcoholic beverages by the drink or the bottle for consumption
on the premises only.

[3.] (V) The concessionaire may be any natural person,
association, firm, partnership, or corporation approved as such by the County Council [of
Prince George's County,] and shall be a resident of the State of Maryland.

[4.] (VI) The Board of License Commissioners [of Prince
George's County] shall regulate the manner of dispensing alcoholic beverages, and shall
authorize the number of outlets permitted to dispense alcoholic beverages on the licensed
premises.
