1993 LAWS OF MARYLAND

4. WHICH OWNS AND OPERATES a home or clubhouse
principally for the use of its members and their guests when accompanied by such
members, and IS not directly or indirectly owned or operated as a public business[; the
fee for such a license shall be four hundred dollars ($400.00) annually. Such a].

(IV) THE [license shall authorize the holder thereof to] LICENSEE
MAY keep for sale and [to] sell at retail any alcoholic beverages to any member or guest
when accompanied by a member, [for consumption] CONSUMPTION SHALL OCCUR on
the licensed premises ONLY. [and shall be] THE LICENSEE IS subject to all OF the
provisions of this article relating to CLASS C beer, wine and liquor licenses[, Class C,] in
Anne Arundel County.

[(iii)](5) (I) THERE IS [In Anne Arundel County] a special-Class C
(yacht club) license. [shall be issued, upon]

(II)     THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE IS $1500.

(III)   UPON the approval of the Board of License Commissioners, THE
LICENSE SHALL BE ISSUED to any yacht club in [said] THE County [applying therefor
which]:

1.        WHICH has [fifty (50)] 50 or more bona fide members
[paying] WHO PAY dues of not less than [seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per annum] $75
PER YEAR per member[, which];

2.        WHICH maintains at the time of application for the license a
clubhouse with a seating capacity sufficient to accommodate at one time at least [one
hundred (100)] 100 persons, slips or berths for [seventy-five (75)] 75 boats or more and
at least [five (5)] 5 acres of ground. [Such a]

(IV)   THE [license shall authorize the holder thereof to] LICENSEE
MAY keep for sale and [to] sell at retail any alcoholic beverages, to any member or guest
when accompanied by a member at the place described in [said] THE license. [, for
consumption] CONSUMPTION SHALL OCCUR on the licensed premises only [and]. THE
LICENSEE [shall be] IS subject to all OF the provisions of this article relating to CLASS
C beer, wine and liquor licenses[, Class C,] in Anne Arundel County. [The annual fee
for such a license shall be fifteen hundred dollars ($1,500.00).]

(V)     The application for [any such] THE license filed on behalf of any
[such] yacht club in [Anne Arundel] THE County shall be signed by at least one officer
of [said] THE club, who shall be a resident, registered voter and taxpayer of Anne
Arundel County.

[(iv)](6) (I) THERE IS A [1. A] special Class C (golf and country
club) license. [shall be issued, upon]

(II)     THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE IS $1,500.

(III)   UPON approval by the Board of License Commissioners [of Anne
Arundel County, to any], A LICENSE SHALL BE ISSUED TO A golf and country club [in
