SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall provide
for:

(1) The following academic facilities for the University of Maryland System
are hereby approved in the amounts specified:

(A)    University of Maryland College Park (Prince George's County):

(i) Design and Equip Phase I and construct and partially equip Phase

II of Animal Sciences/Agricultural Engineering

July 1, 1993.

AN ACT concerning

Misrepresentation - Fund-Raising for or on Behalf of Public Safety Officers

FOR the purpose of prohibiting an individual, entity, or organization from receiving
donations or contributions or offering items for sale in certain campaigns by
representing to the public or to prospective donors that a donation, contribution, or
proceeds from a sale will be used for or on behalf of any fire department, public
safety officer, or member of any public safety officer's family without certain
consent; providing and altering certain penalties; defining a term; and generally
