(I) (1) THIS SUBSECTION APPLIES ONLY TO CLASS B-DH (DRAFTHOUSE)
LICENSES.
(2) ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, AND HOLIDAYS, THE HOURS FOR SALE ARE
FROM 5 P.M. UNTIL 1:30 A.M. THE FOLLOWING DAY.
(3) IF A FAMILY MATINEE CONTINUES BEYOND 5 P.M., ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES MAY NOT BE SERVED UNTIL 15 MINUTES FOLLOWING THE END OF THE
MATINEE.
(4) EXCEPT FOR HOLIDAYS WHICH ARE GOVERNED BY PARAGRAPH (2) OF
THIS SUBSECTION, ON WEEKDAYS THE HOURS FOR SALE ARE FROM 11 A.M. UNTIL 1:30
A.M. THE FOLLOWING DAY.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October June 1, 1993.

AN ACT concerning
Health Care Decision Making and Advance Medical Directives Act
FOR the purpose of specifying certain circumstances under which health care providers
may provide health care; providing that certain emergency medical treatment may
be provided to incapacitated individuals under certain circumstances; specifying
certain circumstances under which health care providers may withhold or withdraw
a life sustaining procedure; specifying that health care providers need not provide
health care that is medically ineffective or that is contrary to certain beliefs or
policies; confirming certain rights and duties of health care providers to protect
incapacitated patients under certain circumstances; authorizing certain individuals
to state certain instructions to an attending physician; authorizing certain
individuals to state certain decisions about life sustaining procedures in a living will
under certain circumstances; authorizing certain individuals to state a decision
regarding the use of a feeding tube under certain circumstances; providing for the
revocation of a living will under certain circumstances; establishing certain
requirements for the creation, use, and revocation or recision of a power of attorney
for health care decisions; specifying the authority and duties of a health care agent
under a power of attorney for health care decisions; imposing certain limitations on
the authority of a health care agent; specifying the authority of certain surrogate
decision makers to instruct that health care be provided, withhold, or withdrawn
under certain circumstances; imposing certain limitations on the exercise of certain
surrogate authority; specifying that a certain provision regarding powers of attorney
is inapplicable to powers of attorney for health care decisions; confirming the
