(t) In St. Mary's County the annual LICENSE fee [for this license] is $400.

(u) In Somerset County the annual LICENSE fee [for this license] is $200.

(v) (1) This section does not apply in Talbot County.

(2) SECTION 206 OF THIS ARTICLE PERMITS THE TALBOT COUNTY
COUNCIL TO PROVIDE FOR THE RETAIL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LAWS FOR THE
COUNTY WHICH, IF ENACTED, SUPERSEDE THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ARTICLE.

(w) In Washington County [,] the annual license fee is $200.

(x) In Wicomico County the annual license fee [for such license shall be] IS $250.

(y) (1) [In] THIS SUBSECTION APPLIES ONLY IN Worcester County.[, the
annual fees for the following types of licenses are:

(i)] (2) [Six day—] THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE FOR A 6 DAY
LICENSE IS $250.[;

(ii)] (3) [Seven] THE ANNUAL LICENSEE FEE FOR A 7 day
LICENSE, applied countywide (exclusive of tenth election district) [—] IS $350. [; and

(iii)] (4) [Seven] THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE FOR A 7 day LICENSE,
tenth election district only [—] IS $350.

[(2) The hours for sale are as provided in § 106(c).]

[(3) In Worcester County light wine means any fermented beverage not in
excess of 22 percent of alcohol by volume.]

DRAFTER'S NOTE:

This section was reorganized to place all counties and Baltimore City in the
standard alphabetical arrangement. The exclusionary subsection was repealed in the 1992
Session and all counties have been accounted for.

In Harford and Worcester Counties, references to the percent alcohol of volume
permitted in light wine has been transferred to § 12 of this article.

In Talbot County, the provisions of § 206 of this article permit the Talbot County
Council to enact retail alcoholic beverage laws for that county; thus, see subsection (v).

14A.

(A) THIS SECTION APPLIES ONLY IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES:

(1)  ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY;

(2)  CAROLINE COUNTY;

(3)  CHARLES COUNTY;

(4)  MONTGOMERY COUNTY.
