agencies, durable medical equipment providers, and personal care service providers, to
assess the impact these services have on access, cost, and quality of care. In accordance
with § 2-1312 of the State Government Article, the Commission shall report the findings
of its study required under this section to the House Environmental Matters Committee
and the Senate Finance Committee on or before December 1, 1993.

SECTION 2. 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1993.

Vehicle Laws - Eluding a Police Officer - Penalties

FOR the purpose of altering penalties for convictions for certain offenses of a person
attempting to elude a police officer that result in bodily injury or death of another
