(3)     The ANNUAL license fee for a 7 day license [in Somerset County] is
$175.

provisions of this [section] SUBSECTION upon any premises having any direct or indirect
connection with any drug or pharmaceutical, or other business establishments of a type
commonly known as or referred to as drugstore.

(V) (1) THIS SECTION DOES NOT APPLY IN TALBOT COUNTY.

(2) SECTION 206 OF THIS ARTICLE PERMITS THE TALBOT COUNTY
COUNCIL TO PROVIDE FOR THE RETAIL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LAWS FOR THE
COUNTY WHICH, IF ENACTED, SUPERSEDE THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ARTICLE.
