AN ACT concerning

Baltimore County - Alcoholic Beverages
(Class B (TTC) License - Extension)

FOR the purpose of extending the abrogation date for Class B (TTC) alcoholic beverages
licenses in Baltimore County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Chapter 452 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1991
Section 2

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1991. The provisions of this Act permitting the transfer of any class beer, wine and
liquor (on-sale) retail licenses into the "Towson Town Center" in Baltimore County and
the conversion of those licenses into Class B (TTC) licenses shall remain effective for a
period of [2] 4 years and, at the end of [June 30, 1993] SEPTEMBER 30, 1995, and with
no further action required by the General Assembly, those provisions shall be abrogated
and of no further force and effect.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1993.

AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - Zoning - Revitalization Overlay Zones

MC/PG 25-93

FOR the purpose of authorizing the District Council for Prince George's County to
provide that certain powers of the District Council may be exercised by the
governing body of a municipal corporation within revitalization overlay zones
created by the District Council under certain conditions, that certain other powers
of the District Council may be exercised within revitalization overlay zones by the
Planning Board under certain conditions, and that the exercise of powers by the
