to provide certain notices to certain persons concerning child abuse and neglect
investigations; providing for certain administrative hearings concerning certain
findings in child abuse and neglect investigations under certain circumstances;
providing certain procedures for hearings involving child abuse and neglect
investigations; requiring a certain review under certain circumstances; providing for
the review of certain reports and records by certain persons under certain
circumstances; allowing certain reports and records to be disclosed to certain
persons under certain circumstances; establishing certain procedures for certain
persons to request a certain review by an administrative law judge of certain child
abuse and neglect reports and records for certain purposes; providing for the
correction of certain findings under certain circumstances; requiring that certain
regulations be adopted in a certain manner; defining certain terms; making a
stylistic change; providing for a certain contingency; and generally relating to records
and reports of child abuse and neglect and adult protective services.
