Amusement Attractions - Inherently Dangerous Activity Regulation
FOR the purpose of providing that the Commissioner of Labor and Industry may prohibit
through regulation certain amusement attractions under certain circumstanes and
subject to certain findings; prohibiting a court from issuing a stay of a certain order
under certain circumstances; providing that certain amusement attractions must
have certain liability insurance coverage; and generally relating to the regulation of
certain amusement attractions that constitute inherently dangerous activities.

of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s) 3-504. That Section 3-503 of Article Business
Regulation of the Annotated Code of Maryland be renumbered to be Section 3-504.
