[(ii)]2. The holder of this license [in Wicomico County] may
prohibit a person under the legal drinking age in the State from entering the lounge area
on the licensed premises after 9:00 p.m., unless this person is accompanied by a parent or
legal guardian who is of the legal drinking age in the State.

[(iii)] 3. The holder of this license may charge an entertainment fee
for each person who enters or who is present during the time live entertainment is in
progress in the lounge area.

(3) (I) THIS PARAGRAPH (3) APPLIES SOLELY TO CONFERENCE
CENTER LICENSES.

(II). THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE IS $1,000.

(III)    THE CONFERENCE CENTER SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM
CAPACITY OF 500 PERSONS FOR AND THE FOLLOWING FACILITIES:

1.         KITCHEN;

2.         DINING; AND

3.         MEETING SPACE.

(IV)    LICENSEES MAY SELL BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR FOR
ON-PREMISES CONSUMPTION TO PERSONS ATTENDING AN EVENT AT THE
CONFERENCE CENTER.

(V)     AN EXISTING CLASS B LICENSE MAY BE AMENDED TO ONE FOR
CONFERENCE CENTER USE.

(VI)     TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A LICENSE, THE CONFERENCE CENTER
SHALL BE LOCATED WEST OF MARYLAND ROUTE 13 AND NORTH OF THE CITY LIMITS OF
SALISBURY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1993.

AN ACT concerning

Motor Vehicles - Transfer of Forfeited Used Vehicles

FOR the purpose of requiring that the transferee of a vehicle transferred by a subdivision
of the State which has obtained the vehicle under certain forfeiture proceedings
obtain an inspection certificate; requiring that the certificate be issued without
charge; and generally relating to the transfer of forfeited vehicles.
