Ch. 301

(D) All of these licensees shall purchase all liquors and wines, except light wine,
from the Liquor Control Board for Worcester County. The licensee shall receive a 15
percent discount from the retail sales price or any special sale price or discount price,
whichever is lower. However, the price the Board charges to the licensees may not be
lower than 10 percent above the cost the Liquor Control Board must pay for the
merchandise to wholesalers. All licensees may purchase beer and light wine from licensed
wholesalers.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, pursuant to Sections 19
and 21 of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland, Worcester County licensees
who sell beer, wine and liquor (on-sale) and beer and light wine (off-sale) are
re-affirmed to be permitted in the same manner to sell those beverages on Sundays.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1993.

(House Bill 396)

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Width Limitation

FOR the purpose of altering the overall width limitation for a motor home or travel
trailer that may be driven on certain highways in the State; and generally relating to
the width of certain motor homes and travel trailers that may be driven on certain
designated highways in the State.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 24-102(c)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1992 Replacement Volume)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Transportation

24-102.

(c) (1) A vehicle may not be driven on any highway if the width of the vehicle
exceeds the limits specified in this subsection, unless:

(i) It has a permit issued by the State Highway Administration under
§ 24-112 of this subtitle; or
