(C) IF THE COMMISSIONER FINDS THAT AN APPLICANT FOR A LAND PATENT
ACTED IN BAD FAITH AND WITHOUT SUBSTANTIAL JUSTIFICATION, THE
COMMISSIONER MAY REQUIRE THE APPLICANT TO PAY THE REASONABLE
EXPENSES OF THE OBJECTORS, INCLUDING THEIR ATTORNEYS' FEES AND EXPERT
WITNESS FEES, AND THE REASONABLE EXPENSES OF THE COMMISSIONER,
INCLUDING ADMINISTRATIVE, RESEARCH, AND HEARING EXPENSES.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1993.

AN ACT concerning
Wholesale Sales Representatives - Entitlement to Commission
FOR the purpose of providing that a wholesale sales representative is entitled to a
commission from a principal under certain circumstances; altering the time within
which a principal is required to pay commissions to a sales representative under
certain circumstances; providing that a principal who contracts with a sales
representative for certain purposes is considered to be transacting business in the
State for purposes of personal jurisdiction; providing that certain provisions of a
contract between a sales representative and a principal are void under certain
circumstances; altering a definition; and generally relating to commissions of
wholesale sales representatives.
