WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, Governor Ch. 5 Article - State Finance and Procurement 2-701. In this subtitle the term "ethnic affairs unit" means: (1) the Commission on African American History and Culture; (2) the Commission on Indian Affairs; AND (3) [the Maryland Ethnic Heritage Commission; and DRAFTER'S NOTE: Error: Obsolete reference in § 2-701 of the State Finance and Procurement Article. Occurred: As a result of Ch. 227, Acts of 1992, which eliminated the Maryland Ethnic Heritage Commission. 5-707.
