SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

203.

(g) (3) (I) IN ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, THE BOARD OF LICENSE
COMMISSIONERS SHALL MAY IMPOSE A CIVIL FINE OF NOT MORE THAN $500 ON ANY
JUVENILE PERSON UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE WHO IS ADJUDICATED RESPONSIBLE BY
THE BOARD FOR A VIOLATION OF ANY RULE OR REGULATION THAT THE BOARD IS
AUTHORIZED TO ENFORCE.

(II) THE FINE IMPOSED UNDER SUBPARAGRAPH (I) OF THIS
PARAGRAPH SHALL MAY BE IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER PENALTY THAT MAY BE
IMPOSED ON THE JUVENILE PERSON UNDER ANY OTHER PROVISION OF LAW.

(III) ANY ACTION OF THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS
UNDER THIS PARAGRAPH IS SUBJECT TO REVIEW AND ENFORCEMENT BY THE
CIRCUIT COURT FOR ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY.

(IV) IN SETTING THE AMOUNT OF ANY FINE IMPOSED UNDER THIS
PARAGRAPH, THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS SHALL CONSIDER:

1. THE SEVERITY OF THE VIOLATION FOR WHICH THE FINE
IS TO BE IMPOSED;
