(4) A county or municipal corporation may exercise the powers granted
under this section notwithstanding any limitations or other provisions to the contrary of
[Articles 23A, 25A, or 25B] ARTICLE 23A, ARTICLE 25A, OR ARTICLE 25B of the Code
or of any charter or local law.

DRAFTER'S NOTE:

Error: Grammatical and stylistic errors in § 3-422(b)(1) and (4) of the
Natural Resources Article.

Occurred: The errors in subsection (b)(1) occurred in Ch. 350, Acts of 1975;
the error in subsection (b)(4) occurred in Ch. 815, Acts of 1989.

[The Board of Review of the Department of Natural Resources does not have
jurisdiction over any proceedings arising under this subtitle, and §§ 1-105 and 1-106 of
this article are not applicable to decisions of the Secretary relating to power plant siting.]
Judicial review shall in all instances include the right to appeal to the circuit courts as set
forth in Article 78, §§ 89 through 98.

DRAFTER'S NOTE:

Error: Failure to reflect the 1990 abolition of the Natural Resources Board
of Review in § 3-307 of the Natural Resources Article.

Occurred: As a result of Ch. 25, Acts of 1990, which abolished the Natural
Resources Board of Review.

4-206.

(c) An officer or employee of any department or unit of the executive branch of
State government may not divulge or use in any manner information contained in any
report submitted pursuant to the provisions of this section that would reveal the income
of any person submitting the report. This section does not prohibit the publication of
statistics classified to prevent the identification of particular reports and items of them[,]
or [to] prohibit inspection of reports and records by any official or employee of the
executive branch having a proper interest in them.

Error: Extraneous comma and word in § 4-206(c) of the Natural Resources
Article.
