(11) family legal and medical issues, including decisions on the withholding
or withdrawal of life-sustaining medical procedures.

(e)     Unless the administration of justice requires otherwise, a judge assigned to a
Family Division of the circuit court shall devote full time and attention to matters under
the jurisdiction of the Family Court Division.

(f)      When a Family Division is created in a circuit court, the administrative judge
of the county shall assign the necessary staff and other resources to the Family Division
that the administrative judge finds is appropriate.

(g)     The Court of Appeals may adopt rules to carry out the provisions of this
section.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Chief Judge of the
Court of Appeals, with the assistance of the Court's Standing Committee on Rules' of
Practice and Procedure, the Conference of Circuit Court Judges, and representatives of
the Maryland State Bar Association, shall conduct' a thorough review of the reports of the
Governor's Task Force on Family Law and the Advisory Council on Family Legal Needs
of Low Income Persons for the purpose of developing an implementation plan for a
Family Division in each circuit court, where the creation of a Family Division is feasible,
and shall issue to the Governor and General Assembly a report on his findings by
December 15, 1993. The findings shall include consideration of all operational aspects of.
a Family Division, including the costs associated with and essential to the efficient
operation of a Family Division.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Chief Judge of the
Court of Appeals, when establishing a Family Division in a circuit court, shall may
provide for the continuance of the use of domestic relations masters in those courts where
domestic relations masters currently exist.                                                           

SECTION 8 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED. That subject to the provisions
of Section 7 above,
this Act shall take effect July 1, 1995 October 1, 1993.

AN ACT concerning

Gun Shows - Sale, Trade, or Transfer of Regulated Firearms

FOR the purpose of establishing certain guidelines for the sale, trade, or transfer of
certain regulated firearms at gun shows; creating a certain parameter by which a
person can be established as being a firearms dealer; defining certain terms;
providing for a temporary pistol and revolver dealer's license transfer permit;
establishing a certain fee; setting responsibility for the possession and display of a
certain temporary license;
requiring a certain report; establishing a certain penalty
