Ch. 5                                        1993 LAWS OF MARYLAND

[(m)] (C) "Composting" means the controlled biological decomposition of organic
waste material in accordance with the standards established by the Secretary under this
title.

(n) (1) "Yard waste" means organic plant waste derived from gardening,
landscaping, and tree trimming activities.

(2) "Yard waste" includes leaves, garden waste, lawn cuttings, weeds, and
prunings.

9-1709.

(f) [(1)]On written application of a directory publisher, the Secretary may
exempt a directory publisher from compliance with the provisions of this section if the
Secretary determines that the directory publisher was unable to obtain:

[(i)] (1) An adequate supply of directory stock containing recycled
materials comparable in price and quality to virgin stock; or

[(ii)](2) Directory stock that is runable.

Occurred: Ch. 630, Acts of 1991. Correction by the Michie Company in the
1992 Cumulative Supplement to the 1987 Replacement Volume of the
Environment Article is validated by this Act.

Article - Estates and Trusts

3-301.

(a) A will may not be revoked by the subsequent birth, adoption, or legitimation
of a child by the testator except under the circumstances referred to in § [4-105(c)]
4-105(3) OF THIS ARTICLE.

Error: Obsolete cross-reference in § 3-301(a) of the Estates and Trusts
Article.

Occurred: As a result of the redesignation in 1986 of the subsections in §
4-105 of the Estates and Trusts Article.
