CONSISTENT WITH STATEWIDE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY POLICIES AND
STANDARDS AND THE STATEWIDE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MASTER PLAN.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1993.

AN ACT concerning
Education - Baltimore County - School Buses—Pickup or Discharge of Students Pupil
Transportation Safety
FOR the purpose of requiring, under certain circumstances, a school bus that is used to
transport students to or from school in Baltimore County to pick up or discharge
each student in a manner that does not require the student to walk across a public
road or highway when entering or exiting the bus requiring the establishment in
Baltimore County of a Pupil Transportation Safety Advisory Committee; specifying
the duties of the Committee; providing for the appointment of members; and
generally relating to pupil transportation safety in Baltimore County.
