7-204.

(o) The Clerk of the Circuit Court for Howard County shall deposit all
appearance fees collected by the Clerk pursuant to [of] this section into a special
account to be known and designated as "the Law Library Fund." The Fund shall be used
for the general purposes of the court library of the County, including the necessary
expenses for books and library equipment.

Occurred: Ch. 250, Acts of 1992. Correction by the Michie Company in the
1992 Cumulative Supplement to the 1989 Replacement Volume of the Courts
and Judicial Proceedings Article is validated by this Act.

8-202.                                       

Among other things, the juror selection plan referred to in § 8-201 shall:

(5) (i) Provide for a "juror qualification form" which asks each potential
juror [his]:

1.       THE POTENTIAL JUROR'S:

A.      Name, address, age, sex, and education;

[2.]   B. Race, religion, national origin;

[3.]   C. Occupation and occupation of spouse;

[4.]   D. Length of residence within the county; AND

[5.]   E. Prior jury service;

[6.] 2. Whether [he] THE POTENTIAL JUROR should be
excused from jury service [,] BECAUSE THE INDIVIDUAL has any physical or mental
infirmity impairing [his] THE INDIVIDUAL'S capacity to serve as a juror;

[7.] 3. If [he] THE POTENTIAL JUROR is able to read, write,
speak, and understand the English language;
