(2)     A vehicle for which a temporary registration has been issued under this
subsection shall be inspected immediately on its arrival in this State.

(3)     A temporary registration issued under this subsection expires at the
earlier of:

(i) The end of the current registration year; or

(ii) 6 months from the date of its issuance.

(C)     (1) WHEN AN EXISTING SCHOOL VEHICLE (CLASS H) IS CHANGED TO
ANY OTHER REGISTRATION CLASS, THE VEHICLE SHALL BE INSPECTED AT A
LICENSED STATE INSPECTION STATION.

(2) THE INSPECTION CERTIFICATE SHALL BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME
THE VEHICLE IS BEING REGISTERED IN THE NEW CLASS.

(D)     ALL BUSES OTHER THAN THOSE THAT ARE REQUIRED TO BE INSPECTED
ANNUALLY BY THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OR BY THE ADMINISTRATION
SHALL BE INSPECTED ANNUALLY AT A LICENSED STATE INSPECTION STATION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1993.

AN ACT concerning

State Debt - Annuity Bond Accounts

FOR the purpose of authorizing the proceeds of the sale of State bonds to be distributed
nonproportionately among the annuity bond accounts if necessary to preserve the
tax exempt status of the bonds repealing the requirement that proceeds of the sale
of State bonds sold as part of a State and local facilities loan be distributed
proportionately among the annuity bond accounts for the enabling acts under which
the State bonds are sold.
