FUNDS TO RENOVATE. INTERIOR SPACES AND UPGRADE
ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL SYSTEMS IN HOWARD HALL..

(A)    Construct renovation for adaptive reuse of Brome/Howard House.

(B)    PROVIDE A PORTION OF THE FUNDS TO DESIGN AND
CONSTRUCT MUSEUM AND PARK IMPROVEMENTS AND
EXHIBITS, RELOCATE STRUCTURES, PURCHASE CAPITAL
EQUIPMENT,         AND         CONDUCT         PRECONSTRUCTION
ARCHAEOLOGICAL SURVEYS AND MITIGATION AT HISTORIC
ST. MARY'S CITY, PROVIDED THAT THIS APPROPRIATION MAY
NOT BE EXPENDED UNTIL:

(1) THE DEPARTMENT OF BUDGET AND FISCAL PLANNING
HAS APPROVED PROGRAM PLANS FOR EACH PROJECT

certify this fact to the State Treasurer and the proceeds of the loan shall be expended for
the purposes provided in this Act. If this evidence is not presented by [June 1, 1987] THE
DATES SPECIFIED ABOVE, the proceeds of the loan shall be applied to the purposes
authorized [by Article 78A, § 3 of the Code] IN § 8-129 OF THE STATE FINANCE AND
PROCUREMENT ARTICLE.
