(III) THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE BOARD OF LICENSE
COMMISSIONERS IS ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COUNTY'S SUPPLEMENTAL
RETIREMENT PLAN.

(iii) (IV) The County Executive and County Council may not adopt,
either through public local law or personnel law, any policy contrary to the provisions of
subparagraph (i) OR (III) of this paragraph.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1993.

Prince George's County - Alcoholic Beverages
(Salary of Administrator)

FOR the purpose of altering the salary range of the Administrator of the Prince George's
County Board of License Commissioners.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

155.

(q) (1) In Prince George's County each of the members of the Board, except the
chairman, shall receive an annual salary of $16,500 and the chairman shall receive an
annual salary of $17,500. The Board shall meet at least two times per month. The
administrator of the Board shall be appointed by and serve at the will of the Board and
shall devote full time and attention to the duties of the Board. The administrator may
receive an annual salary [of $38,000] FROM $12,000 TO $45,000 OF $39,520, as determined
