Article 29 - Washington Suburban Sanitary District

18-104.

(a) A person who violates any of the following provisions
is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine
not exceeding $1,000 or imprisonment not exceeding 30 days or
both:

(4) Bonds and anticipation notes.....§§ 4-101 through

[4-111] 4-112.

(c) If the respondent in a petition for injunction under
this subsection is a nonresident of this State, process by
publication shall be effected under [Rule 105 of] the Maryland
Rules [of Procedure].
