Public Safety and Correctional Services;

(6)  Two executive officials from State, county, or
municipal police agencies;

(7)  The Director of the Maryland Justice Analysis
Center of the Institute of Criminal Justice and Criminology of
the University of Maryland;

(8)  Two elected county officials;

(9)  The Attorney General of Maryland;

(10)  One elected municipal official;

(11)  One State's Attorney; and

(12)  One person from the general public.

(d) A member of the ADVISORY Board may not receive
compensation, but is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under
the State Standard Travel Regulations, as provided in the State
budget.

(c) Every criminal justice agency shall report criminal
history record information, whether collected manually or by
means of an automated system, to the central repository, in
accordance with the following provisions:

shall be reported within 60 days after occurrence of the event;
