Error: Nonsensical language in Article 27, § 458.

Occurred: Prior to the 1957 codification of the
Annotated Code of Maryland.

460.

Any person, except the duly authorized agent of a railroad
company maintaining offices within this State, who shall by or
sell or engage in the business of buying and selling railroad
tickets or the unused portions thereof, or who acts as vendor or
broker of whole or partially used railroad tickets, or who
solicits personally or by sign or advertisement or otherwise for
the buying and selling of said tickets, or who aids or abets in
the buying and selling thereof within the State of Maryland shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof,
fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or sentenced to
not more than six [months] MONTHS' imprisonment, or both. Each
act of buying or selling as aforesaid shall be deemed a separate
offense. The State's Attorney of the county or the City of
Baltimore, in which a violation of the section may occur, shall
initiate prosecutions hereunder and shall be charged with the
duty of enforcing this section.

481D.

(a) A person may not possess a rifle or a shotgun if the
person is suffering from a mental disorder as defined in [§
10-101(f)(2)] § 10-101(H)(2) of the Health - General Article and
has a history of violent behavior against another person or self,
or has been confined for more than 30 consecutive days to a
facility as defined in § 10-101 of the Health - General Article,
unless the person possesses a physician's certification that the
person is capable of possessing a rifle or a shotgun without
undue danger to the person or to others.

Error: Obsolete cross-reference in Article 27, §
481D(a).

Occurred: As a result of Ch. 714, Acts of 1988, which
renumbered § 10-101(f) of the Health - General Article
to be § 10-101(h).
