Occurred: In the printing of the 1977 Cumulative
Supplement to the 1976 Replacement Volume of Volume 1
of the Annotated Code of Maryland.

(j) (1) (i) In Anne Arundel County, the board of license
commissioners may issue a Class BWT beer and wine [(on-premise)]
(ON-PREMISES) tasting license.

(ii) A Class BWT license may only be issued to
a holder of a Class BWL beer, wine and liquor [(on-premise)]
(ON-PREMISES) license or a Class BW beer and wine (on-sale)
license.

(v) The Class BWT license authorizes a holder
to permit the [on-premise] ON-PREMISES consumption of the
following alcoholic beverages for tasting or sampling purposes
only:

1.  Light wine to be served in a quantity
of not more than 1 ounce from each given brand to any one person;
and

2.  Beer to be served in a quantity of not
more than 3 ounces to any one person.

(b)  The [(C&SVWF)] C&SVWF license shall only be issued to a
nonprofit Williamsport club which is chartered by an
international service organization headquartered in the United
States.

(c)  The [(C&SVWF)] C&SVWF license authorizes:

(1)  The holder to have a wine festival on premises
not already licensed under this article; and

(2)  State Class 3 and Class 4 wineries that are
licensed under this article to display, [sample] SAMPLE, and sell
at retail for [on] ON- or off-premises consumption only wine that
is manufactured and processed in Maryland.

(d)  The Washington County board of license commissioners:

(1) Shall establish the [(C&SVWF)] C&SVWF license
fee;
