16-212. MISCELLANEOUS POWERS AND DUTIES.

IN ADDITION TO ANY POWERS AND DUTIES SET FORTH ELSEWHERE,
THE COMMISSION HAS THE FOLLOWING POWERS AND DUTIES:

(1)  TO ADOPT A SEAL;

(2)  TO USE THE SEAL TO AUTHENTICATE ITS PROCEEDINGS;
AND

(3)    TO APPROVE EDUCATIONAL COURSES.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section formerly appeared as Art. 56A,
§ 4-212(1), (2), and (4).

Former Art. 56A, § 4-212(3), which related to
determining the size and form of license certificates
and pocket cards, is deleted as unnecessary in light
of the more detailed provisions of § 16-309(c)(l) of
this title.

16-213. DISPOSITION OF MONEY.

EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY LAW, THE COMMISSION SHALL
PAY ALL MONEY COLLECTED UNDER THIS TITLE INTO THE GENERAL FUND OF
THE STATE.
