16-203. CHAIRMAN.

(A)   IN GENERAL.

FROM AMONG ITS MEMBERS, THE COMMISSION ANNUALLY SHALL ELECT
A CHAIRMAN.

(B)   TERM OF OFFICE; REELECTION.

(1)  THE TERM OF THE CHAIRMAN IS 1 YEAR.

(2)  AT THE END OF A TERM, THE CHAIRMAN MAY BE
REELECTED.

(C)  DUTIES.

THE CHAIRMAN SHALL PERFORM THE DUTIES THAT THIS TITLE AND
THE COMMISSION REQUIRE.

(D)  BOND.

WHILE IN OFFICE, THE CHAIRMAN SHALL BE COVERED BY A SURETY
BOND IN THE FORM AND AMOUNT REQUIRED BY LAW.

16-204. QUORUM; MEETINGS; COMPENSATION.

(A)  QUORUM.

A MAJORITY OF THE MEMBERS THEN SERVING ON THE COMMISSION IS
A QUORUM.

(B)  MEETINGS.

(1)  THE COMMISSION SHALL MEET AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH,
AT THE TIMES AND PLACES THAT THE COMMISSION DETERMINES.

(2)  WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME AFTER GIVING NOTICE TO
THE COMMISSION, A MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC IS ENTITLED TO BE HEARD,
AT A MEETING OF THE COMMISSION, ON ANY MATTER WITHIN THE
JURISDICTION OF THE COMMISSION.

(C)  COMPENSATION AND REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES.
