(II) $80 FOR A LICENSE TO PRACTICE PROPERTY
LINE SURVEYING; AND

(3) SUBMITS TO THE BOARD A RENEWAL APPLICATION ON THE
FORM THAT THE BOARD PROVIDES.

(D) ISSUANCE OF RENEWAL.

(1) THE BOARD SHALL RENEW THE LICENSE OF AND ISSUE A
RENEWAL CERTIFICATE TO EACH LICENSEE WHO MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS
OF THIS SECTION.

(2) THE BOARD SHALL
CERTIFICATE THAT THE BOARD ISSUES:

INCLUDE

ON

EACH

RENEWAL

EXPIRES; AND

(I) THE DATE ON WHICH THE CURRENT LICENSE

(II) THE SIGNATURES OF THE
SECRETARY OF THE BOARD, UNDER SEAL OF THE BOARD.

REVISOR'S NOTE: Subsections (a), (b)(l)(ii)l and 3 and (2),
(c)(2), and (d)(2) of this section are new language
derived without substantive change from the first
through sixth sentences of former Art. 56, § 336(c),
the second clause of § 333(c), and, as it related to
payment of fees to the Board, the first sentence of §
334(a).

Subsections (b)(1)(i) and (c)(3) of this section are
standard language added to state expressly that which
only was implied in the former law -- i.e.,
applications for renewal may be made only on the form
that the Board provides.

Subsection (b)(1)(ii)2 of this section is new language
added to conform to the practice of the Board and to
the requirements of similar notice provisions for
other State-regulated occupations.

Subsection (c)(1) of this section is standard language
added to state expressly that which only was implied
in the former law -- i.e., other licensing
requirements of this title apply to any renewal under
this section.

Subsection (d)(1) of this section is standard language
added to state expressly that which only was implied
in the former law -- i.e., the Board must renew the
license of a qualified applicant.
