Ch. 3

LAWS OF MARYLAND

inexplicably, omitted from the law for professional
land surveyors. The Business Occupations Article
Review Committee suggests that the General Assembly
may wish to remedy the omission.

Defined terms: "Board" § 15-101
"License" § 15-101
"Practice land surveying" § 15-101
"Practice property line surveying" § 15-101

15-209. DISPOSITION OF MONEY.

EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY LAW, THE BOARD SHALL PAY ALL
MONEY COLLECTED UNDER THIS TITLE INTO THE GENERAL FUND OF THE
STATE.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from the first sentence of
former Art. 56, § 334(a), as that sentence related to
crediting fees to the State Treasurer.

of the boards under the Department is made under the
budget of the Department. The procedure for
disbursement is uniform for all of the boards.

Defined term: "Board" § 15-101

15-210. JUDICIAL REVIEW.

ANY PERSON AGGRIEVED BY ANY FINAL ACTION OF THE BOARD MAY
TAKE AN APPEAL AS ALLOWED IN §§ 10-215 AND 10-216 OF THE STATE
GOVERNMENT ARTICLE.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from former Art. 56, §
341(g).

The former specific provisions for venue where the
appellant "resides or has his principal place of
business" are deleted in deference to the broader
