Parking for the Handicapped

FOR the purpose of increasing the fine for unauthorized
parking in spaces reserved for the Handicapped from Fifty Dollars
to Two Hundred Dollars for each violation.

Casino Nights

FOR the purpose of amending the County Code to provide for
the regulation of casino night events, including reporting and
disclosure requirements, permit and fee requirements, application
content requirements, limitations on the hours of operation and
the number of events, prohibiting certain activities, authorizing
the issuance of notices of violation, prescribing penalties for
certain violations, and providing appeal provisions.
