Ordinance No. 11-39

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the
purpose of

Rationalizing and clarifying the definitions of
dwellings and dwelling units; and

Clarifying minimum lot sizes for the optional method
of development for moderately priced dwelling units in
one-family detached residential zones.

The following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code, are amended:

Section 59-A-2.1 "Definitions"

Division 59-C-l                       "Residential Zones, One-family"

Section 59-C-l.6                     "Development Including Moderately

Priced Dwelling Units"

Effective Date January 2, 1989

agencies, and municipalities within Prince George's County from
the imposition and levy of certain taxes on certain forms of
energy or fuel.
