purpose of

allowing health clubs as a permitted use in the O-M,
C-O, C-P, C-2, C-3, and C-4 Zones.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County
Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-C-4                      "Commercial Zones"

Section 59-C-4.2                   "Land Uses"

Article 59-E                            "Off-Street Parking and Loading"

Adding a definition for commercial vehicle.

Amending the requirements relating to parking of
commercial vehicles in residential zones.

Deleting obsolete and unnecessary footnotes from the
Land Use chart.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County
Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:
