Commission, of Part 2, Nonbinding Advisory Boards, of Chapter 9,
Boards, Commissions, Councils and Agencies, of the Harford County
Code, as amended; to allow the Health Planning Commission to
adopt bylaws, instead of requiring it to do so.

Effective Date February 21, 1989.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to repeal arid reenact, with amendments,
Subsection K of Section 267-9, Board of Appeals, of Article II,
Administration and Enforcement, of Part 1, Standards, of Chapter
267, Zoning, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to allow
refiling of a zoning application at any time, if the application
is denied automatically under a certain section of the Board of
Appeals' rules of procedure; to make this Act retroactive; to
make this Act effective only for the one-year period after it
becomes law; and generally relating to zoning applications.

Effective Date January 6, 1989.

AN ACT to add new Subsection D to Section 225-10, heading,
Road Names of Article III, heading, General Regulations, of
Chapter 225, heading, Streets, Sidewalks and Public Works, all of
the Harford County Code, as amended; to change the name of a
portion of Winters Run Road to Fashion Way.

Effective Date March 7, 1989.

AN ACT to add new Subsections Sections 2.22, 2.23, 2.24,
2.25, and Section II, heading, Definitions, to repeal and reenact
with amendments, Section IV, heading, Requirements for the
Subdivision of Land, to add new Subsection Section 4.053 to
Section IV, heading, Requirements for the Subdivision of Land,
and to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Subsection Sections
4.051 and 4.052 of Section IV, heading, Requirements for the
Subdivision of Land, to repeal Section 4.27, heading,
Requirements Governing Road, Sanitary and Other Improvements in
New Subdivisions, all of the Subdivision Regulations for Harford
County providing for requirements of roads, sanitary, and other
improvements.

Effective Date April 10, 1989.
